While vaping may seem cool, fun, or flavorful, it is not as it is portrayed on social media. While all of the risks are not known with this newer product, there are several side effects we do know of:
Addiction to nicotine ( a highly addictive drug also found in cigarettes)
Negative mental health, including anxiety and depression
Increased chance of smoking regular cigarettes
Exposure to cancer-causing chemicals
The good news is that you are not alone. There are many resources available to help you talk to loved ones, quit, and cope with things that cause stress and anxiety throughout your day.
