Community Outreach

In partnership with Community Medical Services, each week a Peer Specialist and the City of Greenfield's Case Manager conduct outreach within the Greenfield community to reach people where they are at. Outreach includes resources, education, and peer support. Learn more below about the kinds of resources and education that are provided to community members with substance use disorders, families members of individuals with a substance use disorder, and others.
